SUPPORT

The Housing Manager looks after the general welfare of the residents without intruding on their privacy and keeps in regular contact with everyone on both sites. Where required the Housing Manager will help arrange for health care or support from social services and signpost to relevant organisations where deemed necessary. The charity does not provide personal care as the residents must be able to live independently.

REPAIRS & DECORATIONS

The Charity is responsible for both internal and external repairs, maintenance and decoration of the homes where necessary. The charity does not fit carpets in the homes.

COMPLIANCE

The charity is responsible for ensuring the homes meet the required standards and therefore the residents must allow reasonable and regular access so that compliance inspections can be carried out.

GROUNDS

The charity encourages all aspects of gardening. Most homes have some sort of private garden, with the exception of the flats. However, the residents are encouraged to use their imagination with pots, hanging baskets and window boxes. All communal areas are maintained by the charity.
