Governance

WH Saunders & Frank Wareham Charity is governed by a Board of Trustees.

The Trustees may appoint a Secretary or Clerk. It must be one of their number if a Clerk. The Clerks position is a formal and demanding one. It involves statutory duties and obligations.

The day to day running of WH Saunders & Frank Wareham Charity is overseen by a Housing Manager and Clerk. In order to ensure that compliance and regulations are achieved and best practice is followed the Charity agrees to undertake legal and other advice as appropriate.
