WH Saunders & Frank Wareham Charity has an updated complaints policy and procedure following the Housing Ombudsman’s new statutory complaint handling code.

There is also a copy in the community lounge policies folder. In addition to this, each resident, will have an updated version in their revised Residents Handbook, which is due to be published and handed out in late 2025.
